Adult Shooting Skills

Built for adult recreational players, this program helps women and men shoot with more confidence, accuracy, and speed - without junior-style drills or wasted time. We focus on clean mechanics, quick releases, and real game situations that translate directly to league play. Sessions are high-rep, efficient, and designed for adult bodies and busy schedules.

Please Note: This is NOT a learn-to-skate program, participants should be able to skate comfortably before enrolling.

Dates: Wednesdays from May 27 to August 12
Location: Leaside Memorial Arena
Time: 8-9pm (1 hour)
Ratio: Maximum 24 skaters - Players will be divided into groups based on skill level
Individual Cost: $549.00 + HST ($620.37) - Save $50 if you register by March 8th, 2026!
Requirements
Water Bottle: Please bring your own water bottle with your name on it
Jerseys: Please bring your own practice jersey.
Equipment: Please bring your own full hockey equipment.
Safety Measures: For all programs we operate, safe protocols are in place so we can operate our programs safely for you and the other participants. Self symptom screening is in effect: If you don’t feel well, please stay home for all of us - thank you.
Refund Policy: Refunds will be administered only if the arena shuts down (e.g. by government) and we can no longer operate our programs. If you are sick or are unable to make the camp for any reason, there are no refunds unless we can sell your spot.
