Youth PA Day Camps (Specialty Skills)
Hockey Extreme’s Specialty Skills program combines both on-ice and off-ice activities to take your game to the next level. Off-ice, we’ll focus on working quick stick-handling skills, quick feet exercises, and quick reaction drills to help you develop improved strength, speed, and timing for your game. On-ice, we’ll develop body contact & body angling skills, face-off strategies, and work on your offensive skating, shooting, and scoring.

Dates: Coinciding with Toronto School Board 2023/24 PA Days (currently Oct. 6, Nov. 17, Dec. 8, Jan. 19, Feb. 16, Mar. 29, Apr. 8)
Location: Leaside Arena (1073 Millwood Road, Toronto)
Times: 1:30-4:30pm
Format: Each session will proceed as follows…
1:30-2:30: Off-ice reaction drills, quick feet, and stick-handling skills
2:30-4:15: Specialty program
4:15-4:30: Fun game
Ratio: Maximum 12 players
Cost: $126 + HST

Please note the following details before registering:
Requirements: Please bring your own water bottle with your name on it
Jerseys: Please bring your own practice jersey.
Running Shoes: Please wear comfortable clothing & running shoes for the off-ice program.
Nut-Free: Peanut allergies are extremely common among children. In many cases, peanuts can cause fatal and near-fatal reactions for children who are allergic. Please do not bring any products containing nuts (peanuts or tree nuts) into the arena. Thank you for helping us keep our kids safe.
Refund Policy: If you register for this camp, there are no refunds, unless the government shuts the arena down. If you are sick, or are unable to make the camp, there are no refunds..
