Adult Total Immersion Hockey Experience (Track 1)
Track 1 is designed for adult players who want to improve their skating, puck skills, and game understanding in a structured, supportive environment. This track is ideal for players who:
Play recreational league, shinny, or pickup hockey
Are comfortable skating but want better balance and control
Feel inconsistent with edges, turns, and transitions
Want to handle the puck more confidently at game pace
Know what they want to do in games but struggle with timing and positioning
This track is ideal for players who want real improvement without being overwhelmed.
Important Note: This is NOT a learn-to-skate program, participants must be able to:
Skate independently
Stop and turn
Participate safely in structured drills

Monday July 27 AND/OR Wednesday July 29 (Morning Start)
8:30am check in

11am-Noon off ice session
Tuesday July 28 AND/OR Thursday July 30 (Mid-Morning Start)

10:15-11:15am off ice session
11:30am-1:30pm on ice session

Group Size: Maximum 20 skaters
Format: Following is the timetable per skate - all drills are explained clearly and reinforced with repetition….
Daily On-Ice Session (2 Hours)
Power Skating & Edge Control
Balance, posture, and stride efficiency
Inside/outside edge control
Starts, stops, turns, and transitions
Building trust in your edges at a manageable pace
Puck Skills
Stick handling fundamentals under light pressure
Passing and receiving while moving
Shooting mechanics and accuracy
Learning to keep your head up while handling the puck
Hockey IQ by Zone
Defensive Zone: positioning, puck support, and simple exits
Neutral Zone: spacing, timing, and puck support
Offensive Zone: where to go without the puck and basic scoring concepts
Off-Ice Session (1 hour)
Mobility and stretching to support longevity
Injury prevention & recovery techniques designed for adult bodies
Whiteboard breakdown to reinforce on-ice concepts
Individual Cost: Register for 1, 2, 3, or all 4 days - Save $50 if you register by March 8th, 2026!
4 days: $649 (HST included)
3 days: $549 (HST included)
2 days: $399 (HST included)
1 day: $249 (HST included)
Requirements
Water Bottle: Please bring your own water bottle with your name on it
Jerseys: Please bring your own practice jersey.
Equipment: Please bring your own full hockey equipment.
Safety Measures: For all programs we operate, safe protocols are in place so we can operate our programs safely for you and the other participants. Self symptom screening is in effect: If you don’t feel well, please stay home for all of us - thank you.
Refund Policy: Refunds will be administered only if the arena shuts down (e.g. by government) and we can no longer operate our programs. If you are sick or are unable to make the camp for any reason, there are no refunds unless we can sell your spot.
