Adult Super Skills
Skating. Shooting. Stickhandling. All in One Super Program! Hockey Extreme’s high-energy program combines the very best of adult power skating with elite puck and shooting skills. Designed for recreational players looking to build confidence, speed, balance, and precision with the puck, this is your complete skills upgrade. You’ll learn the following:
Power skating techniques including edge control, stops, starts, crossovers, pivots, and transitions
Forward and backward skating with improved posture and balance
Shooting fundamentals including wrist shot, snap shot, slap shot, flip shot, and backhand
Stickhandling, passing, receiving, and deking with confidence
How to use your hockey stick to enhance skating control and speed
Drills will be broken down into manageable parts for proper technique and faster progress, and players will be divded into groups based on skill level
Qualifications
Ages: Adults 20-80
Skill Levels: Low/Intermediate/High Recreational

FALL 2025
Wednesdays: Oct. 15-Jan. 7* / McGregor Park Arena / 8:15-10:15pm *(No classes Dec. 24 or Dec. 31)
WINTER 2026
Wednesdays: Jan. 14-Mar. 25 / McGregor Park Arena / 8:15-10:15pm
Cost & Payment
$850 incl. HST ($650 deposit then $200 cash on day 1)
Requirements
Water Bottle: Please bring your own water bottle with your name on it.
Jerseys: Please bring your own practice jersey (you can order a beautiful Hockey Extreme jersey during registration with name and numbers sewn on like the pros).
Equipment: Please bring your own full hockey equipment.
Safety Measures: Safety protocols are in place so we can operate all our programs safely for you. Self Symptom Screening in effect, so if you don’t feel well, please stay home for all of us - thank you.
Refund Policy: If you register for this camp, there are no refunds, unless the government shuts the arena down. If you are sick, or are unable to make the camp, there are no refunds unless we can sell your spot.
